Although this was filler, it wasn't too bad as things go (although it would still have been better if they ended the series at the previous episode without bothering with the filler, it was exciting enough as it is).
The series has gotten better as it progressed. The timing, which was the worst part, has gotten quite a bit better, although maybe this was just a lucky episode. (click for episode 26 spoilers)

I did enjoy the conversation between Fay and Kurogane, about what they would do if they could get their wishes granted. It shows their interaction very well.
- Fay asks Kurogane a question
- Kurogane doesn't answer
- Kurogane asks Fay the reciprocal question
- Fay doesn't answer either

And I have to say that Fay fighting was awesome :D
TRC needs more scenes with Fay fighting, that's what I say. And he needs to use his magic someday too, I'm dying for that to happen.

While Sakura's wish was very kind and all, I think it may go against canon. I'm sure that both Yuuko and Ashura say that it is practically impossible to bring someone back from the dead, let alone loads of people, wasn't that the point of the whole Sharano arc? So either Bee Train overlooked this, or Sakura's feathers have a lot more latant power than I thought they did. Even if Sakura had the power to bring back so many people, wouldn't a wish that vast have a price to pay? It just doesn't sound very CLAMP to me.

And did I mention that Fay's fight scene was awesome?

I'm looking forward to the next series now. It's going to have Ashura in it and that can only be a good thing :3
