Tromboner
Hi! Let me tell you about a supposedly exciting weekend that I just had:
I went to see Steve in his pad, which was exciting because he's just installed a new bath, and then we had lovely pie and mash, and then I bought a new coat, which I love so much that I've worn it every day since, even though it's not really cold enough yet (I would show you a picture, but my camera is kind of dead).
The exciting part of the weekend was that we went to see the Mighty Boosh live. I was well excited, man, well excited. Sadly, it wasn't anywhere near as good as the first time we saw them live. It was funny, don't get me wrong, but not quite as funny as it should have been. Also, Cardiff International Arena kind of sucks if you're sitting near the back and are short. I couldn't see much. And I really wanted to get a good view of the glitterball suit show too. Still, good bits involved Howard looking like he'd just jumped out of Ben-Hur, Tromboner (oh baby), and Tony Harrison raping the severed head of the honey monster. Speaking of which, there were a couple of people in the audience dressed up like Tony Harrison; pretty awesome if you ask me. And if you don't know what Tony Harrison looks like, then this might help you realise why walking around Cardiff City Centre dressed like him is quite a brave thing to do.
Anyway, in other news: I forgot to post this here before. I made a video of the Gundam Meisters. Warning: not safe for work and really flipping weird. I still have no idea what possessed me to make this; I think I was dissertation crazy. In any case, that's milkshake y'hear. MILKSHAKE. But, well, I'm still slightly disturbed, to tell the truth.
And. At work today, I was cataloguing some records from Northern Ireland, and one of the people mentioned in one of the records was called Lyle. It was his surname, mind, but still.
More news about Lyle, and Gundam00 season 2 episode 3, below. SPOILERS AHEAD
Boy am I intrigued about Lyle. I'm intrigued about him more than any of the other characters. Luckily episode 3 gave us a lot more Lyle. And what do we learn? Basically:
Lyle is an arse.
Now, I'm giving him the benefit of the doubt by saying that, of course he's going to be flippant, he doesn't know who any of these people are, he doesn't know what they've gone through; he doesn't know what his brother went through. And Neil acted pretty light-hearted too, but it's the very fact that we know that this isn't Neil, which makes it so hard to like Lyle as it is.
Be that as it may, I asdfghasdfgasdfg-ed over the preview, because, good God, Lyle, you'd better not be playing with Feldt's feelings to get into her pants, SHE'S 10 YEARS YOUNGER THAN YOU, GODDAMMIT. If that's the way it is, then Lyle, you really are an arse.
But maybe I'm just jealous because Tieria isn't the one he's kissing. And I have to say, I was full of glee every time Lyle flirted with Tieria and Tieria got all huffy. Haha. I feel like a bad Neil/Tieria shipper, but goddammit, I can't help shipping Lyle/Tieria, if only because it'll cause Tieria to angst over Neil some more.
And speaking of Tieria, he's become absolutely adorable. In the first series he was, to put it nicely, a horrible person, but now he's become so kind. I love it. And it helps prove my theory that Tieria is not very old at all; he wasn't good with people before because he didn't have much experience, but four years down the line, he's had a lot of time to learn and understand how people work. Not to mention the part with the loss of Veda and the whole Lockon deal, but I think the time is a large factor too.
In any case, I think I'll stick to shipping Neil/Tieria, but, well, that can't go anywhere now, so I'll see if I can't add in some Lyle/Tieria for kicks. Who am I kidding? I'll ship anyone/Tieria. Especially Haro/Tieria YOU KNOW YOU LOVE IT.

Is there also a shower? I do love a good shower.

I didn’t have a bath because I am a dirty scumbag. But I did, however, use the sink, which is just as new and fabulous as the bath, if not more so.

Did you share a bath with Steve???
The shower is yet to be installed, but rest assured, it is on its way.
